The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. It's an ideal place for traveling to London. the hotel has an excellent location right by Paddington Station, numerous restaurants, all major attractions, and Paddington tube.

The property is clean; good value for money rooms; exceptionally comfortable bed. Central heating, a safe and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room, good and excellent location...

The stay here was such wonderful, greatly enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with marvellous and perfect location next to Paddington station and connection for all the subway lines as well as Paddington tube.

Nothing everything was great.

The food was fantastic and the rooms were affordable, complete with a shower.

The rooms are cheap and functional with a fan, nicer bedding plus cramped bathrooms. It boasts favourable, marvellous location near the tube shops and bars local and most tourist attractions in London. We usually stay at this good basic hotel and would use them next time.

Located just 3 km from the city center, this place boasts a perfect location.

I really liked the atmosphere, everything was very nice so I did not expect but really enjoyed the visit to be not only houses, hotels, but also to relax. Reception services like filling our requests If you visit London again it really will choose this hotel:)

Close to tube station, easy to get to centre

Small rooms , no lift, en suite tiny, shabby

the staff were excellent, cooperating and outstandingly accommodating. Its location was marvelous, really close to Paddington underground station, Winter Wonderland, and restaurants. 3. the hotel is conveniently situated near rail stations.

Location was excellent for our shopping trip: Hyde Park just across the street and only a short stroll to Oxford Street. Tube and bus stops just 100m away. Our double room was spacious, spotlessly clean and had a nice view to. Hotel is nice, Very professional and helpful staff.

One single chair in a double room is not enough. I had stayed in this hotel before but the rooms were more than double this size. The recent renovation did't help...

The hotel location was perfect close to shopping, and several key attractions.

Hotel is not well maintained, rooms are very small and cleanliness needs improvement.

The place was really clean and the staff were super friendly and nice. It was in a good spot, close to most of the fun things to do here, which is a big plus. I can't think of any issues, it had everything I needed. ✨

Terrible!!!! Very small room, impossible to stay inside bathroom without touching the wall. Unconfortable bed, no lift to go upstairs. Small tv without remote control. The bathroom was improvised inside the room. The worst breakfast of my life. Avoid it !!!!!!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, particularly in the reception. The continental breakfast was a great start to the day and kept us going for several hours. The room was very comfortable with more space than I expected and a high standard of cleanliness. We were on the ground floor and the back and it was quiet. We were only there for a 2 night stay and I chose it for its convenience to Paddington Station. I would definitely consider staying there again.

I honestly cannot think of anything I didn't like.
